Yes, we've had problems with many clothes for BJD's. I explain everything from the beginning.
When my mother bought Maiko, a DZ Yage measuring 60cm, she wouldn't think that would find as many problems as she's had to dress her doll, so we bought clothes for SD dolls thinking that would fit her without problems, until we found that it's not, you have to be careful with this size becauseis impossible to put beautiful clothes we bought for the doll and just because of the so big chest she has.
The next size in Dollmore would be for "Model Doll". Looking at the measures, it would be perfect clothes for Maiko except for a detail. "Model Doll" dolls measure 68cm, so we're afraid that these clothes would be quite long for her, so we haven't risk.
Three years have passed since then and we have learned to choose which clothes can fit her well and not. Both of Dollmore (SD size) or from any other store. But I have a friend who has a doll with the same measures as Maiko and she's found the same problem as us. To dress busty dolls can be disappointing, unless you like busty dolls and you don't mind if clothes fit so tight that seems to be bursting at any time.
What did we do with all those clothes that is so small for Maiko or was simply too tight and/or short? At first we thought about selling it all, but finally decided to keep it if I ever would buy a SD BJD with far less chest. Luckily we chose the second option because 2 years later I brought Danielle and she can wear all those clothes perfectly. Definitely, I prefer Danielle's measures. Maybe she looks "breastless", as many people might think, but I don't care, I had the idea of having a doll like this and looked specifically for a body with small chest, if I ever have any problems with her clothes, it would be because it's large and that is easily solved.
Next, the measures of both dolls. Although apparently the measures may seem similar, you'll see that you can be surprised. And I add comparative photos to judge yourselves because I'm tired to read "is very easy to find clothes for BJD's as Maiko" when we've put one's food on it many times.

Sí, hemos tenido problemas con bastante ropa para BJD's. Lo explico todo desde el principio.
Cuando mi madre compró a Maiko, una Yage de DZ que mide 60cm, no pensó que tendría los problemas con los que se ha ido encontrando para vestirle, así que fuimos comprando ropa de Dollmore para SD pensando que le entraría bien y sin problemas, hasta que comprobamos que no es así, que hay que andar con mucho ojo con esa talla porque ropa muy bonita que se compró para ella, es imposible ponérsela porque simplemente no le entra por el pecho tan grande que tiene.
La siguiente talla de ropa en Dollmore sería para "Model Doll". Mirando las medidas, la ropa le quedaría perfecta a Maiko, salvo un detalle. Las "Model Doll" miden 68cm y por lo tanto, nos tememos que la ropa le iría bastante larga, así que no nos hemos arriesgado.
Han pasado tres años desde entonces y ya hemos aprendido a escoger la ropa que le puede ir bien y la que no. Tanto de Dollmore (talla SD) como de cualquier otra tienda. Pero tengo una amiga que tiene una muñeca con las mismas medidas de Maiko y se ha encontrado con el mismo problema que nosotras tuvimos. Vamos, que vestir muñecas pechugonas puede ser decepcionante, a no ser que te gusten las muñecas pechugonas y te de igual que la ropa le quede tan ajustada que parezca que vaya a reventar en cualquier momento.
¿Qué hicimos con toda esa ropa que a Maiko no le entraba o simplemente le quedaba demasiado ajustada y/o corta? En un principio pensamos en venderla toda, pero finalmente decidimos guardarla por si a mí me daba por comprarme una SD con muchísimo menos pecho que Maiko. Suerte que optamos por la segunda opción porque a los 2 años y pico me traje a Danielle y ella puede ponerse perfectamente TODA la ropa que a Maiko no le entraba. Definitivamente, me gustan más las medidas de Danielle. Será una "tabla de planchar", como mucha gente podría pensar, pero a mí me da igual, tenía la idea de tener una muñeca así y busqué expresamente un cuerpo que tuviese el pecho pequeño y si hay algún problema con la ropa con ella, será por ser amplia y eso tiene fácil solución.
A continuación, las medidas de ambas muñecas. Aunque aparentemente las medidas no puedan parecer tan diferentes, ya veréis que son las mínimas para encontrarte con alguna que otra sorpresa. Y añado fotos comparativas para que juzguéis vosotr@s mismos porque estoy hasta los mismísimos de leer "es muy fácil encontrar ropa para BJD's como Maiko" cuando nosotras hemos metido tanto la pata.

The dress is very cute. If you zoom in (click on the image), you'll see that it hardly fastens in the chest in Maiko and is too short.
The stockins come with the dress and for our taste, they're too short.
As you see, everything looks perfect in Danielle.
El vestido es monísimo. Si ampliáis la imagen (haz click sobre la misma), veréis que a Maiko le abrocha muy justo y le queda corto.
Las medias vienen con el vestido y para nuestro gusto, le quedan demasiado cortas.
Ya veis que a Danielle le queda todo perfecto.
We don't like how this blouse looks in Maiko, with all that part up. Although that part is up in Danielle too, it's not as unsightly.
These 3/4 length trousers Maiko is wearing were bought directly for Danielle, which fits perfectly. While Maiko can wear it, they're too tight for her.

La blusa no nos gusta nada cómo le queda a Maiko, con toda esa parte levantada. Aunque a Danielle le quede algo levantada, no queda tan anti estético.
Los piratas que lleva Maiko se compraron directamente para Danielle, a la que le vienen perfectos. Aunque a Maiko le entran, le quedan muy justitos.
Los piratas que lleva Danielle, eran de Maiko, que no le entraban.
Toda la ropa es talla SD de Dollmore.
Maiko is wearing a T-shirt which I bought expressly for Danielle because I saw it's her size. As seen in the photographs, it's small for Maiko (unless someone likes it as tight and doesn't fasten well on back).
These shorts Maiko is wearing are also Danielle's.
The high stockings are Maiko's.
La camiseta que lleva Maiko la compré expresamente para Danielle porque ya vi que era de su talla. Como se ve en las fotografías, a Maiko le queda pequeña (a no ser que a alguien le guste así de ajustada y que no le abroche bien por detrás).
Los shorts que lleva Maiko también son de Danielle.

As you can see in the photos, it fits perfect in Danielle.
And still could take more photos of Maiko wearing Danielle's clothes, where you could see how ridiculous she would look. And as I said, it's a doll that you have to know her body and learn which clothing can fit her and which not.

Como se puede ver en estas fotografías, a Danielle le queda perfecto.
Y aún podría hacer más fotos de Maiko con ropa de Danielle, donde se podría ver cómo iría haciendo el ridículo. Y lo dicho, que es una muñeca a la que hay que conocer el cuerpo y aprender que ropa le puede venir bien y cuál no.
